This one flat membership fee includes an emergency physician house call (including after hours and on weekends) and one month of 24/7 direct access communication to our physicians.
Note Regarding All of Our Services: We reserve the right to refuse our mobile medicine services if we deem it medically unnecessary or if we are at capacity. All services are subject to the availability of our physicians and our capabilities. Additionally, this practice is not enrolled to provide medi-cal or medicare patients concierge services at home and does not provide medical care to medi-cal or medicare patients at this time. Services are provided only in the State of California, specifically the Los Angeles area. We are not an EMS.
